In Ackee, we focus on the maximum quality of the delivered solution already since 2012. Our technological knowhow, professional attitude, timely deliveries and gentlemen’s agreements is appreciated by customers such as ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab, German Bundestag or Livesport. We mostly take part in the projects from the beginning discovery phase through user research, UX and UI design, copy, testing to the creation of the final product. During the app development, the team is working under the direction of an experienced technical project manager. We have been working together for a long time, so we are in sync. The seventh year has a tendency of being critical, however that does not apply for Ackee. The year 2019 was contrarily exceptionally successful: We started cooperation with world leader in sports reporting LiveSport, platform for electric carsharing WeShare by Volkswagen or the media group CME. All the teams were joined by incredibly talented and motivated people and last but not least, our turnover grew by 50% to 75 million CZK. Seven years of continuous growth is not just something self-evident and I am very pleased that we are still standing firmly on the ground. How was (not just) the past year and what is awaiting us? Ich bin ein (not quite official) economic migrant. I live in the Eastern bloc, in Friedrichshain, right on Karl Marx Allee in a building that was ordered to be built by Stalin. I ride my bike to our office in the Western bloc, because I can. (more…)
Every June, Ackee is celebrating its birthday. This year’s was fifth and so we wanted to make it special and decided to give a present to somebody who needs it more than we do. We have chosen the Center for Deaf Kids Tamtam and we will create an app for a million crown for them.
