Big data is a concept for data sets whose range – size, volume, variety, speed – is difficult to process at a reasonable time and with common (especially relational) tools. They are generated, for example, on IoT devices, social networks and almost any use of smartphones – their analysis and processing help to get data about customers and their typical behavior and decision-making. The course “Technology for BigD Data” is taught by us at CTU.
