Bazos is a sure choice for anyone looking to quickly buy or sell items of any kind. With its own app, advertising has become faster, easier, and more convenient overall. Let eBay be envious!
We focused on a user-friendly environment and designed the application to make the advertising and purchasing process as simple as possible. Users have the opportunity to add advertised items to their favorites or set up a watch dog based on defined parameters (price, location, or type of goods). Now it is also easier and faster for users to top their ads using In-App payments - having the choice to pay via an operator or card directly through their mobile, making their offer more visible. The In-App payment feature was a challenge for us and caused a delay in the release of the iOS app by 14 days (during the 14-day tuning period, we topped dozens of advertisements and sold part of our CTO's assets :)). Not to worry, the payment system runs like clockwork now!
The application will speed up the whole process of buying and selling - the user simply takes pictures of the items they want to sell using their mobile phone and can immediately start advertising. Then, all the user has to do is wait for buyers interested in the product to connect with them via a single click. It is even possible to switch between the Czech, Slovak, and Austrian domains directly in the app. We admit that we have grown older by a few years just working on the flawlessness of this feature, but now you can view offers from our foreign neighbors too, making our hard work worth it.
Our work consisted of a complete design and development of both iOS and Android applications, including graphics and UX. We continue to cooperate with our client, still working on development and improving the app wherever needed.
The iOS application was developed in Swift and the Android version was written in Kotlin. Special attention was paid to the complex security system that protects against unauthorized access to the API of Bazos.
We did not exert any energy into applications a year ago. Then, we realized we were missing a train in the segment. The decision to work with Ackee, which develops both Android and iOS versions, was quite simple. We are very satisfied with their development.
Are you interested in working together? We wanna know more. Let’s discuss it in person!
