Simplifa is a medium size German company that is focused on industrial digitization and management of elevator systems. Our solution is a mobile and web application for technicians which makes the elevator inspections easier and provides the operator a perfect overview of their state and technical requirements. That ensures easier operation and optimizes operational costs.

In order for Simplifa to be able to efficiently connect elevator operators and service companies, they needed a complex tool for management and processing of large amounts of technical data and processes. Our task was to design a solution that integrates all the needed functions and alternative approaches based on data entered by the service technicians during the elevator inspection. This data also needed to be easily accessible through the web interface.
First, we spent two intense workshops carefully looking through all the steps to be taken during the elevator inspection and operation. Based on that we have created an internal mobile application with 360° virtual tour and a web interface that offers access to all technical data, contracts and digital photo documentation. The customer has therefore a perfect overview of the elevator - whether it is in a residential building, office complex or a shopping mall. Thanks to the integration of several functions that the client used to be forced to fulfill through several different tools into a single application, the data is now much more accurate, its input is easier and reports more clear. On top of that, all data are available in high standardized quality, which makes it easier for Simplifa to communicate with the clients and suppliers and fulfill orders more efficiently.
A part of our technical solution was also the connection of our apps with with Salesforce application where we worked together with an external supplier of the client. Thanks to that it is only needed to enter the elevator manufacturing number and the application will take care that the technicians do not forget anything in the field. Among the results is the 360° digital inspection which enables the client to evaluate the state of the elevator and mediate to their customers the service tailored to their needs.
